Would there be any chance of a simple implementation of RTX/Raytracing support? More specifically, the DLSS part of it so that its not as taxing to run at 4k or 8k. I'd rather see what they've got in stock for us when this update happens, but it can't hurt to ask to make use of the RTX cores in my GPU for running the game at higher resolutions as 4k is standard and 8k is slowly gaining some attraction from high end enthusiasts. I am aware FFXV had some RTX implementation with DLSS.
I use it as well and it's extremely simple, once it's enabled all you have to do is press Alt+F3 when the game has launched to bring up the menu and choose whatever options you want and play with the sliders to make it as subtle or pronounced as you like.
Only issue I have sometimes is my preset disappears after updates, but I only use 2 filters to alter the colours and sharpness slightly so it's not too bad to re-do.
It's called Nvidia Freestyle if you want to look into it more.
I can't wait to see the Femroes.
My dear, you always look fine!
Please keep in mind that they specifically mentioned these changes are after a single month of testing. They were very clear that they'll continue to work on both upgrading options and optimizing things. Single screen shots of a few faces still shows significant improvement, with more updates to come as we get closer to 7.0.Sorry but this so called update is a sick joke if that on screens is all what they have to offer. All i see is that they added a Darker Background an put some dirt on all of the character Faces. Yea the hair looks a bit darker, but thats thanks to the background and overall darker lightning of the images on the right side. The biggest joke is the miquote face, there is like no change at all if you would put both pictures on the same brightness level.
Is this something native to Nvidia cards and not a traditional 3rd party mod? I haven't messed with the settings on my Nvidia card yet.

Yes exactly, it's not nearly as extensive as something like Gshade but if you generally like how the game looks but want smaller tweaks then Freestyle (and I'm sure there's an AMD equivalent too) is the way to go, significantly more lightweight too if performance is an issue.
I just wanna see hi-res Fem'ra face and have a booty that isn't flatter than a pancake in a sandwhich press
Ray Tracing will require DirectX 12. That means they have to add DX 12 support.Would there be any chance of a simple implementation of RTX/Raytracing support? For some reason it says the game isn't supported... even thought it clearly is.I use it as well and it's extremely simple, once it's enabled all you have to do is press Alt+F3 when the game has launched to bring up the menu and choose whatever options you want and play with the sliders to make it as subtle or pronounced as you like.

Thank you for the info. I'm strict with myself about the no mod thing. Changing my card's native settings? Yes, please.Yes exactly, it's not nearly as extensive as something like Gshade but if you generally like how the game looks but want smaller tweaks then Freestyle (and I'm sure there's an AMD equivalent too) is the way to go, significantly more lightweight too if performance is an issue.
Fixed that for you.![]()
