    Does this issue with the sound occur when external audio device such as headphones are used? Additionally are audio and graphics drivers updated as well?

    Nope, i'm using external speakers. Realtek as default. Updated via Windows auto-update. Nvidia driver not old, 497.09. Nvidia audio being not used. It looks more like some kind of cache or settings i don't have direct access for, and not as driver problem. Cuz sounds not played during loading screen, and begin played anew when i enter mentioned locations. Also i have checked that when i return from dungeons back to inn room - ambient sound begin played again.
