    [Suggestion] Glamour revamp(game mechanic)

We've all seen or complained about the lack of glamour plates, so I suggest the following as a way to alleviate the lack of plates without adding new plates to the current UI.

The way glamour plates behave now, are designed on how the glamour system used to be, in terms of glamouring individual items. I suggest an overhaul where it no longer glamours the item itself, but glamours the player. - I understand this would be a tremendous undertaking, and obviously don't see this as an overnight or single patch implementation. I acknowledge the complexity of the suggestion, and offer it anyway as a baseline for potential ideas from it.

Instead of adding more glamour plates, I suggest adding job plates. Allow me to expand on what I mean.
The way I see it work, would be via a quest unlock. Regardless the level, it would unlock for all jobs, combat or non. When this unlocks, it opens the ability to open the job plate menu from the character UI opposite the job crystal, now that there is an open "slot" with belts being removed. In this, you could set a look based on your character level instead of the level of the item it's trying to replace the look of. Possibly edited from the dresser as well, in another "drawer" of it.
This would get rid of the need to go to town to glamour your look when you get an upgrade, and would also make it so if you change between, for example RPR to DRG, you don't have to set the glamour again. It would just keep your character looking the way you had it set for the job you changed to.
I understand that you can tie a gear set to a glamour plate, but if you're not in town, it doesn't update the glamour if it was last used with another shared job and if you get an upgrade, you still have to reapply the plate.

This suggestion is to help with the flow of play as well as adding capability without taking it away from something else.
Adding too, that the job plate would be toggled(default off) within its menu or an added button, like the visor/head/weapon visibility, and its toggle position kept with the gear set just the same.

Now with that said, that would mean the current plates would be fully for fun glamours, removing the immediate need to add more plates within the current system. And with the job plate toggled off, you could use the fun glamour plates as-is, including job requirements to apply certain glamours, etc of course.
Basically meaning that job plates would overwrite glamour plates because they would glamour the player before the gear.

The idea as a whole is obviously not an overly fleshed out one, but it was something I had thought up as a way to add a feature without taking away, or adding "too much" to give people choice paralysis with options.
