Head of the Class freeze

I'm on the quest for leather working level 36, Head of the Class. I've done everything up until I talk to the NPC Maddeline. Everytime I talk to her the game freezes.
I still need to craft the Toadskin jackets, but the recipe it gives is for toadskin armguards. Why is this messed up and cause my game to freeze? What do I actually need to craft?
