Please fix the action bar delay horrid bug since last patch.

Since the 1.22a patch...my action bar has been horridly lagging...delayed...I've clicked through combo actions occasionally the wrong combo is lit. Other times I click through all the combo actions and they fire off before they clear off the action bar. Other times I have to mash the action repeatedly before they fire off.

I also occasionally see when the recast timer on an action is finished the action is grayed and immediately after the timer on the action is gone it makes the action active like you had enough TP to fire it off again only to blip off soon after.

I have never had these problems prior to this patch.

I normally don't complain...and up until now I've not had issues with the action bar...but it's annoyed me enough over the past week where I feel like I can't log in to play or I might throw something LOL.

It's not even from doing Primals...I mean I could be out in nowheresville with no evident lag and this issue happens. I'd understand if I was in a location crowded with tons of people but the issue is happening everywhere...even when there isn't any signs of general lag.

Not so bad as a magic class but with battle classes it's horrid.

Known Issues
An issue with the Target Highlight configuration option wherein highlight brightness is incorrect.
An issue wherein the recast timer may not function correctly when an action is performed.

I'm just pointing out that it's not a minor issue. It's quite very very evident and hurts gameplay immensely.

And my issue is beyond just the recast timer...
