Can't log in the launcher;

I own the base game, HW, SB and ShB since 2020, my sub was renewed last week, and still when i try to log in the game launcher the window that says i don't own a valid license or my sub has expired shows up. In the mogstation everything is ok.
I don't know what to do.

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID. This thread will be moved to ‘Support Center Ticket Created’.
