    Can't log in, error 2002

    Since yesterday, I can't log in into Primal Datacenter anymore, with the error "The lobby server has encountered an error 2002", It seems to be only on NA/EU Datacenters, when I switch to Japan for example, I can log in just fine.

    One thing that is weird is that I cannot reach the lobby IP with ICMP anymore(204.2.229.9, 204.2.229.10, 204.2.229.11), It always stop at the same hop:
    "ae-6.r21.dllstx14.us.bb.gin.ntt.net".

    I tried to contact my ISP but they said that this hop is out of my country(Brazil) already so they couldn't do anything...

    i experienced the exact same problem, only now i can't even log in my account since it says i don't own a license for the game;;;; my sub won't expire until next month either.

    I'm with the exact same problem as x1 rage. I'm from Brazil too,and yesterday I got disconnected from the game near 1 AM, and when I try to login again, it give me the same error 2002 in both NA and EU.
    But I can login just fine in JP and Oceania.

    i got in! i did multiple things to try and solve this but what i think is what got it to work is the following:
    Open the Windows Start Menu and type network reset.
    Click on Network Reset from the best match option.
    Click on the Reset now button.
    restart the pc and it worked.

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
