    High FPS, Unaffected by the In-Game options

    Hello,

    I am currently noticing an issue where my FPS will be well over 300 at times, and changing options in the System Configuration - Frame Rate have no effect.

    I am playing in full screen, 2560x1440 with Gsync turned off.

    When moving into Borderless windowed/Windowed mode there is an effect on FPS when using the in game limiter. (setting to 144FPS gives me a stable 144FPS)

    Using RTX 3080 and Ryzen 9 5900x 12 core

    We apologize for the delay in response to this issue. Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.
