Fix queue times

when you're in queue for 50/60/70/80 roulette and say listed number 1. You shouldn't be waiting 30+ minutes. So, you're telling me no one has gone into duty finder for any of the level of dungeons in 30+ minutes. They need to fix it where when ones apply for one of those level dungeons puts you in with them. This waiting time is during prime hours on my server.

Depending on the time of day, which job you queued as, the level and gear level of that job, your language and options settings in Duty Finder, then yes, it can take awhile.
Things that help speed up queues:

• Queuing during non-prime-time hours means less players online, so less chances to get in a roulette. If possible, play during prime time for your server.
• Enable All Languages and Join Duty In Progress options in the Duty Finder settings, this will put you further up in line vs other players who haven't enabled those, plus gives you a chance to jump the line by joining a duty already in progress where a player dropped.
• DPS jobs generally take longer to find a duty than healer or tank jobs, this is because there are more DPS jobs than healer or tank jobs, thus generally more players queued as such.
• While queued, you do not have to stay as the job you queued as, so you can spend the time while in queue doing other things that do not require a party, such as FATEs, crafting/gathering, The Hunts, Gold Saucer games, or getting exp for other jobs...... Time flies when you are occupied, so do something and don't watch the clock.
• A high level / gear job will have a larger amount of duties in the pool for the roulette to choose from, so queuing as such is generally faster than the same role but low level.
