Good Intensions/completely stuck. Help!

Morning all. I've literally spent hours trying to figure out what I'm missing.
Minifilia has the quest but it's red. It says I need to do three 'trials' on HARD. I've done these already but not on Hard.
I need to know how or what I need to do before this to trigger them.
Please help, this is becoming incredibly frustrating.

As of Patch 2.5, completion of the Primal sidequest chain up through Feature Quest In a Titan Spot is required to pass this point.
These trials are not actually difficult and can be done blind in the Duty Finder.

I was confused by this as well when I was at that part of MSQ.
I agree that it's not very clear for players like us who weren't around when those duties were released
I also am not 100% sure why those duties are required to progress MSQ, they don't feel necessary from a story standpoint
If we can make Crystal Tower required, we can make those non-required, I feel

When it's red that means you have not meet the level requirement. Red means you need to get the right level as I understood it. If I am wrong, sorry.

Usually, yes. But if you read the original post, that's not what's happening here.

This is a bit of a special case that they were careful not to repeat in later MSQ.
You're right, the quests don't have a particular story relevance and were more like end-game 2.0 content.
However, they need you to wrap them up so they can have the quest-giving NPCs move elsewhere for story purposes.
As far as I know that's the only reason you have to get them done by that point.
