    Job Crystals deleted in Character Rollback

    After account was hacked, My account was rolled back 2 weeks prior to the incident and I no longer have 2 Job Crystals (Blue mage and Reaper).
    When this happened, I applied immediately for a GM to replace said Items.
    It has been 9 days... for items that cannot be sold for profit.
    I have responded to the ticket every other day asking for an update, only to get prewritten responses.

    9 days...

    Can someone look into this please?

    The rollback only changed my items. All my quests are completed and Bluemage spells are still present.

    Uneal... Woke up this morning with a message saying I need to open an "In Game GM ticket"... 11 days later. By all accounts, thats what I thought I did.

    This is TRAGIC customer service.

You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number 19361782. Note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
