After account was hacked, My account was rolled back 2 weeks prior to the incident and I no longer have 2 Job Crystals (Blue mage and Reaper).
When this happened, I applied immediately for a GM to replace said Items.
It has been 9 days... for items that cannot be sold for profit.
I have responded to the ticket every other day asking for an update, only to get prewritten responses.

9 days...

Can someone look into this please?
