Old macros replace new ones after disconnecting

Hello, I noticed Umo made a thread about this exact same issue I just had. But I figured I'd post anyways.

Platform: Windows 7
ISP: Brighthouse
Type of Internet Connection: Wireless
Internet Connection Speed: 54 mbps
Date & Time: 5/13/2012 about 10pm EST
Frequency: One time
Character Name: Crystal Obsidian
Race: Hyur female
World: Sargatanas
Class/Level: BLM lvl 50
Area and Coordinates: Cave, where entrance to Bowl of Embers is located- Thanalan
Party or Solo: Party, 8 members
NPC Name: N/A
Monster Name: N/A
In-Game Time: don't know, sorry
Steps:

1. Defeated Ifrit with my party. As I exited the Bowl of Embers, my game disconnected.
2. I closed down the game, logged back in, only to find all my new pain-staking macros replaced by the macros I had before the recent one or two patches. (after the recent patches, those old ones were erased, hence why I had to make new ones) >.>
3. My configuration settings also have seem to be reset back to how they used to be.

That's about all the info I remember. If you need more information I can try to help out. Also it's fine if you don't tell me anything different than what you told Umo, just wanted to let you guys know this has happened to more than one person.
