Wedding Chocobo not found

Me and my friend got married today a second time, first time we did the wedding for free but purchased the Platinum plan when it came on sale and so we divorced and did another wedding.

The wedding happened on February 22, 2022 at 9pm on GMT+8 timezone. The wedding went smoothly as expected (cutscenes played fine) but when the quest ended and we got teleported out of the church, neither me nor my partner got the wedding chocobo whistle. It is not in any of your inventories or the mount list (we had ample free space in our inventories).

The wedding guests got their minions, both types. We both got our wedding rings as well.

If this requires more information, I can provide them. We hope someone could help us since we we're looking forward to getting the white chocobo mounts. We have a video recording of the wedding as well from start to finish.
