    3 weeks no item since one time item restore request submitted

    Hello, i have a support ticket created for a one time item restore for raid books after purchasing the wrong item. The item was deleted as per GM request more than 2 weeks back. I have been waiting for 2 weeks after the item was deleted and have still not received the item. The stage is still in GM investigation for item drop. I'm surprised that a single item restore can take close to one month even after i have provided the exact time when the items were deleted.

    Initially when i created this request i was denied one time item restore after being asked to delete the item which was purchased by me.
    When i questioned why i am being denied then i was told more evidence was found and my item restore is in process.

    This isn't the type of support i expected from FFXIV . I am extremely disappointed.

    We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, this type of concern is best handled by a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance and referring to the original ticket. Note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
