    2 month old ticket, no response other than copy paste

    Hello,

    I have had a ticket open for over two months now. Every time I have asked about it, I have gotten a copy paste message saying that someone understands my frustration and that they're still investigating. The first 2 times I replied saying that I'm sure they're busy with the launch and all. The third time I ignored it and this last time, I am frustrated. I have yet to receive any message from someone that wasn't a copy paste. This is ridiculous. Ticket: t18571921:e174

    For refer a friend, I referred my girlfriend. I got my first 5 gold chocobo tickets when I referred her. I have another 5 from referring someone else. She hit 90 day subscribed when I didn't have game time. I did not get the Draught Chocobo Whistle, nor did I get the 5 gold Chocobo feathers at 150 days. I wasn't sure if I would have to wait until she hit 90 days while I was subscribed as well which is why I waited. I opened the ticket when she had gotten just past 210 days of being subscribed. She has now been subscribed for over 270 days. I am missing the whistle and 15 gold Chocobo feathers at this point.

    Final Fantasy has been one of my favorite franchises since I was little. I have over 510 day subscribed to XIV. I played XI when it came out. I own almost all of the other FF games. I have sunk a lot of time and money into Final Fantasy, but this and another recent support experience where I was told that the collector's edition key I had was active and valid but I couldn't use it because I already had the base game since I activated the collector edition keys in the wrong order and the one I had entered included the base game of the other and would have to return the expansion key to steam (which I can't because of the amount of time I have in FFXIV) and rebuy the collector's edition from the mog station.

    I'm sorry, but I am frustrated at this point. This has been horrible customer service all around and I have very limited experience with Square Enix customer support to being with. Is this the norm?
