Frontlines is alive because it's in a roulette... It's not "unhealthy" or such nonsense, the devs simply push no incentives for other modes.

Very very wrong, otherwise we'd at least see some rival wings, but it's not the case, even when waiting for 30min+. If anything you might want to complain about the roulette being frontlines only. The game mode has nothing to do.

Frontlines had decent pop rate before roulette and xp was added. It was just at set time of day. That was also with the "lore" locked GC's. Was it nearly as popular now, no not even close. But it wasn't exactly dead.



I think people over estimate rival wings. When it was only mog tome pvp and was popping instantly. I just didn't do it. I don't enjoy the mode at all. If it had some spectacular reward, like similar to epic alex. I would suffer through it. I think of rival wings like MSQ even when the reward is too good to pass up it is a pass anyways.

Rival Wings instantaly popped for maybe a few days, and then nothing, even with the event going on I couldn't get into a single one on Chaos.

See even mogtomes don't get people to play and it is top 3 fastest to farm. Putting it into roulette could risk confusing (more then they already are) players and alienating some casuals. Short of ground breaking item it will always be a pass for me.

Frontline does not need roulette to survive, but Rival Wing certainly can't survive even with Moogle Charm event.

Because rival wings might not be the most efficient way to get these tomestones (and the mode is more confusing than frontlines to some people), and people who do pvp might not even care about tomestones rewards to begin with. I'm convinced XP would be a bigger incentive.
