Infinite load screen into Coerthas

I was doing the warrior quest Looking the Part and while travelling into Coerthas i hit a 10+ minute load screen, closed the game and now my character is stuck trying to load into Coerthas in an infinite load screen.
I created a 2nd character to contact support desk but haven't had any luck.

Ive tried restarting pc, internet and tried a VPN, no luck.

Is there any way to be moved to another area?
Do i need to download the game for a 4th time?

help please

Hey. Reinstall the game entirely. It seems that some game data has become corrupt.

If you get errors while downloading then the data could be corrupt. It can also be, that you have some issues with your file system/harddrive/ssd and the installer cannot write the data properly.

To check the harddrive/ssd use chkdsk if you use Windows:

chkdsk /F /R /X /B driveletter where the FF14 installation is. If it is on C then type in the CMD window:

chkdsk /F /R /X /B c:

You have to start CMD with Administrator rights.
