    Azem is technically us, Gaia is more like zenos human with ascian power. So knock those two off the list. The ones you mentioned all part of the convocation.. Then what seiori just said that Gaius has masks. So it is likely he took the remaining ones out. If someone knew how many masks gaius was carrying that would help.
