    Unable to Server Transfer

    I have been up all night trying to transfer to Midgardsormr, but it seems every Aether server is congested despite the late hour. Furthermore, I do not understand why my preexisting character is somehow classified as "new." Should there not have been something on mogstation clarifying this before I got rid of all my housing? Is there any chance that I can go to Midgardsormr at all within a few days? I desperately want to be on the same server as my friends.

    I apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred. At this time, the Midgardsormr is considered congested. Due to this., a character cannot be created on or transferred to the server. To get more information on the creation date of the character, we advise to contact the European Support Center.
