I have been trying to pay for retainer service and have submitted my financial information 15 times so far with no satisfaction from one person named Alfred. it seems he does not even read what i tell him and just send back a pre printed response he keeps sending the same thing telling me my bank is refusing my card --if that was true then my bank would not be sending the one dollar retaining fee to you. please have someone look into this problem that has a little more intelligence than the person in customer service he has sent me the same message several times stating i have no service account registered even though i have told him that I do and that my problem is in acquiring retainers. please find someone that can help me correct my problem and not someone that just wants to sit there drwing a check and doing nothing.
