* Home World Transfer Service will be suspended 30 minutes before the maintenance. In consideration of the high server load expected immediately after the start of early access and the release of Patch 6.0, the Home World Transfer Service is scheduled to open on Dec. 4, 2021 12:00 a.m. (PST), Dec. 4, 2021 8:00 (GMT).

* Certain features in the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app will be unavailable until maintenance has ended.

* Any duty recorder data recorded prior to this maintenance can no longer be replayed after this maintenance.

Previously we had informed you that the Home World Transfer Service would be reopened on or around Dec. 4, 2021 12:00 a.m. (PST) / 8:00 (GMT), anticipating the server burden we would likely encounter for the start of Endwalker early access and the impact immediately after releasing Patch 6.0.
However, considering the current state of heavy server load, we are postponing the date of reopening until next week or later.

We will notify you again once a new date has been decided upon.

The Home World Transfer Service, which had been unavailable due to congestion, resumed on Jan. 25, 2022 10:00 p.m. (PST)/ Jan. 26, 2022 6:00 (GMT)/ Jan. 26, 2022 17:00 (AEDT).

To use the Home World Transfer Service, you will need to have accessed the data center you wish to transfer to at least once. If you are planning to transfer your Home World to a data center you have never visited before, please be sure to access it once beforehand.
*Your access information will be saved once you have selected your desired destination from the DATA CENTER section on the title screen and arrived at the Character Select screen.
