Class/Level: Blue Mage or any class with AoE placements and waymarkers

Steps:
1. Played Masked Carnival 31 and was able to move aoe marker and it eventually wouldn't let me move the AoE marker and became locked to the right right unless I move my character.
2. Using a controller trying to put a Waymarker or AoE skill like Feather Rain down.
3. Try moving it to place it but is stuck on the right and won't move unless I walk in which it remains on the right of me.
4. Switching to keyboard and mouse allows you to move it to place it.
5. Reverting to controller again does not fix the problem and the AoE is still stuck to the right of the character.
6. Logging out and Logging back on doesn't fix the problem.
