The thing is though, it's entirely possible there was a mis-communication and the other three were friends or familiar with each other. Even if a player doesn't do anything wrong, if multiple people report quickly, then it's sort of an automatic hand out that can then be appealed. Could Sturm have said something? Absolutely. Is it also possible that they were just being petty? Definitely. Appealing it will be the only way to see if the actions done and words spoke were, in fact, 'innocent'. And if they were, keep in mind false reporting can get one in trouble too.
