Warning for "Grief" Tactics?!

I would like to attempt to offer advice:

1) You did, in fact, do something wrong.
-You did something to make someone upset; it was enough for them to report it.
-it was enough for a GM to review and accept that it merits a warning, but not banning.
-it was enough for the GMs, when asked to review, to uphold their decision.

This suggests it might even be a gray zone thing- they are not sure of your intentions and trying to give you a heads up that your actions might be misunderstood by others.

2) Just from the information you have provided in this thread, people have given you places to check that could be interpreted against you, regardless of how people want to argue semantics. That should have provided you a place to reflect on, not argue with us over your innocence. We are not your jury. Frankly most of us don’t care if you are guilty or innocent. Most are just trying to provide guidance for your own reflection.

3) Review the ToS as needed. Consider why people might mistake your actions/lack of communication/raising/whatever else as malice.

4) Accept your penalty with grace, move on, let the thread die.

I am at a literal loss for words right now, because I received a warning DAYS ago now... for "grief" tactics. Excuse me? What? When the HECK did I participate in "grief" tactics, in fact I complain about griefers CONSTANTLY, but I am going to be hit with some warning for something I most certainly did NOT DO. I barely even chat in this game, and now my entire account will have this nasty mark on it, warning me for something I didn't know I did in the first place?!

I haven't logged into the game for like 4 days now, this makes absolutely no sense to me. Is this because I leave many dungeons I get into? Because I don't hardcast raise players? Because I try to focus on DPS uptime while juggling heals? Am I going to have to be paranoid about how I play the game now? Why doesn't my own game experience matter?

UNBELIEVABLE. I literally cannot believe this. I cannot think of a single instance of me doing this. I have yet to speak to a GM, or contact support, but I cannot have this nasty mark on my account for something I never did. Ridiculous. I log in to cap tomes and this is what I am greeted with.

I am sick and tired of many in this community whining about anything and everything, just because they don't get coddled or for some other apparent slight. SO sick of it, but I hadn't been hit by some idiotic warning before on my actual game account. If you want to enforce your TOS so strongly, maybe I will start reporting every single player everywhere who dares utter a curse word - can't beat them, then join them!

You don't need text or words to grief others, it can be constantly pulling ahead of a tank in a dungeon.... dying on purpose in pvp.... constantly pulling random mobs in areas that then kill unsuspecting players.. and more... that is a few other forms of griefing... or you can /laugh at someone over and over again... that is also griefing.

Without the statement from GM, only very few know what actually happen.

Bad practice but I understandable they want to protect the other party privacy.

More clarity on warnings and bans would be much appreciated, as currently its kind of illogical to ask a player to reflect on the infraction without telling them the infraction. Oddly enough, the forum's system is better and what needs to be in game as it actually tells you what you are penalized for.
