Right, right, and the people reporting me for "griefing" aren't acting out of spite. The players reporting others for "profanity" (cursing), aren't acting out of spite. Give me a break. I don't know if people know this, but there is a thing called 'sarcasm'.

Sarcasm isnt an excuse to be rude.

Random people can not hear sarcasm from a text of people they dont know.
To others, i probably seem extremely rude and blunt, but its just that i like to just say things as they are and not sugarcoat them.
I also like to rant and fully inderstand the other side, so i ask a lot of questions, which might look really weird and defensive to some.

I suggest you go SGE, you won't have to press GCD heals on that - at least not remotely as often.

I think the one thing we can all agree on is that the GMs and SE need to change the way they handle reports. There needs to be some transparency on what someone did wrong so they can prevent it from happening again.

It is a difficult subject

On one hand it would be ideal that GM could show the scene where or what it break TOS

On the other hand they have to keep the privacy of player who submit the report to prevent any harassment

Just the other day I had someone tell me they were going to report me for "abusing the kick function" because I put "AFK" for the reason of kick. Sorry, "Disruption of gameplay" is not an option.

I am of the opinion that a proper use of the report function in this game is only in extreme circumstances. Such as constant, documented, harassment, extreme cases of stalking, scamming, blatant hacking, etc. Otherwise, a report is a complete waste of your own time and the GM's time. However, yes, many in this community feel the need to report another for anything they don't like. I do not appreciate this.

Certainly, the way that SE handles ToS enforcement is also, I think, questionable. I do not believe a player should receive a permanent ban, unless it is under those 'extreme' circumstances. Suspensions, sure, but the thing about this game is any infraction can lead to the permanent closure of a player's account. On top of the fact they withold details of any violation due to a privacy policy: meaning there is often times no way to properly defend oneself in an appeal, or truly correct one's behavior.

Once a few years ago, I got banned from my league of legends account for cheating. I was playing Overwatch when it came out so I did not even touch my League account for almost 4 months at that time. I have seen that someone actually broke into my account and was playing on it. I could see clear as day as I NEVER play Yasuo... I am a support /caster kind of person, I hate close combat champs.

I wrote a ticket to them to appeal. I explained to them to look at my play statistics and look at how many times before that I have played Yasuo... literal never...

They got back to me and said that they seen 3rd party tool usage and I cannot prove that it was not me, so they cannot lift this ban. I said to them, just look at the games played, I barely ever played ranked or Yasuo... Then, they said no, then, I let it go. I was playing Overwatch mostly anyways, so I just thought "whatever".

Then, almost a year later, I receive a notification in my mail from Riot asking "did you change your password?" to that account that was broken in once. I immediately wrote to Riot again, that look this is 100% the guy that was stealing my account, I can prove it is my account, and I can prove its not me cause the request came from a different country...

Low and behold, they actually apologized and gave me back the account... too bad I am not playing that game anymore.

There is no moral to the story... when GMs in any game decide something, they decide something and its done until you have further proof. I did not just got my account hacked they banned it instead of helping me getting it back...I am not saying SE is same as Riot, but people are people. It will highly depend on the person that reads your case on what will be the outcome.
