If there is 50/50 chance to get to next room, then you have a 6.25% chance to get to the final room.
You would need to do about 10-11 portals for 50% chance to get the final room at those odds.
90% chance in 35-36 runs.

There's also the fact you're having another layer of RNG on if you actually get the portal or not. So you're technically having to roll for room one as well. Means the chances would be even lower than that.
If you added in the portal being room 1, with that math it means it'd be 72-73 attempts for the final room at around 90% chance and with the individual chance being 3.125%
Edit: This isn't even counting for gamblers fallacies with this, as well as each run being independent of one another. The math above is ONLY if it were truly 50/50 for getting the portal, then each door that you open.
The actual numbers for getting through each door we don't actually know, but they are most likely lower than the 50/50 chance being used here.

That's because shell leather doesn't drop from the group 80 maps. Only from the solo maps.I've been repeatedly doing quite literally hundreds of level 80 maps for shell leather with my FC. I'm not even joking, we've done a hundred-odd of them now.
We made it to the end ONCE and not a single one of the maps has dropped a single thing of shell leather. It's insane. I am curious if they've done something.
Why would something be stuck to the solo map only? Everything I just looked up about it says 'Timeworn Zonureskin Map'
Including on the official website with people reporting where they got it from.

I didn't pretend to understand why it is labeled that way, but try it.
Source: Have gotten 3-4 before.

I got every "rare" item from current maps and got to 5th floor a couple of times (4 i believe)Love how you're trying to discredit what I'm saying just because I didn't address something. But fine. The rare items are always harder to get. In every single game. It's part of the grind in ANY game that makes you play just a bit longer if you have bad RNG/luck. There will always been junk in the item pools you'll always get an item 100% of the time to make it take longer. It's basically the same as getting nothing when you get something that common.
And you're all ignoring the fact that it's an MMO RPG. They're not meant to be sped through if you want to get all the stuff you actually want to get.
Didn't make this thread with "omg i can't get stuff" in mind, more like I'm very surprised i get kicked out of 1st floor 4 times out of 5, when it never happened to me or my "map static" of 4 ppl before in in ShB. No salt, just surprise. Bad luck can't be happening to 4 ppl simultaneously, or we're really in it now i guess
