15 Hours Later, Optional Items not Received

Hello! Recently I accidentally bought 2 Optional items for the wrong character:
The Female Valentione Outfit and Ruby Carbuncle Slippers.

I contacted support and they told me to delete the items off the character and give them the proper information so i could receive them on my main character, Kapie Sus.
I did all of that.

It has been 15 hours since the last message, and it seems like they had closed the ticket.
I have still not gotten my items.

Is there a timeframe i am supposed to be waiting? I am very frustrated.
