Hackers in Ragnarok?

I don't see any hacking going on... However I do see possible RMT activity.
It's not like they are all floating upside down or walking through walls..You know, hacking. >_>

Well it seemed to me that it was hacking because it looked like they were just generating an image of their char and spamming the crap out of it...
