    Quick question about High-end Duties

    Hello everyone I was wondering if I should finish every expansions before doing High-end content or not. And how do you unlock "High-end Duty" in Party Finder? Because even though I've completed some it's still greyed out.

    The High-end Duty section has the most recent Extreme Trials and Savage Raids. Also all the Ultimates.
