    PC player purchased PS4 complete edition. Can’t install

    Hi, I’ve been playing ff14 on pc for a while now but I’ve just purchased the complete edition on PS4 store as well. The library seems to think that the only version is the ps5 version so I can’t get it to download on my PS4 any help would be greatly appreciated.
