i cant complete heavenward quest

I cannot complete the heavensward main story quest and nothing I do whether I do it solo or with a party will fix it and after submitting 5 support tickets and them telling me they cant do anything and spending hours looking through forums i'm at my wits end with this. ive also tried starting new game plus and then suspending it but nothing works can anyone please help me for the love of god

its the actual heavensward quest at the end of the xpac.I can complete the trial its to kill thoraden VII i just dont get the last cutscene when i exit which seems to be the trigger for the quest to complete. ive done the trial about 10 times since this started and ive done it solo and with a party but it just doesnt complete

i had to go to fortemp manor after reinstalling the game and the cutscene played and finished the quest
