break the ToS, get punished
casual =/= lazy
To clarify, not every casual player is lazy, but every lazy player claims to be a casual, as if it justifies being a liability to others

Hot take: The story is OK, but people who like the story would have been better served by a single player or co-op game, and people who like MMORPGs would have been better served by a game with a less linear path through the content.
By the same token, I (personally) don't feel that the alternative - where the team simply vote to dismiss the underperforming player without any explanation or warning - is much of a solution either.Players, especially mentors are too willing to try to "teach" players and tell them the solution to everything too quickly. Maybe it's because they're trying to make everything as smooth as possible, maybe it's because they want to help.
Unwanted or Unprompted advice is incredibly common in this game and players act surprised and sometimes hostile when someone doesn't want to hear their tips right away without asking.
For example, when I did Smileton the first time, the tank in my party stopped and refused to pull until we heard an explanation of all the mechanics beforehand. I don't want that! Let me try first and if I die then I die.
Baby faced male Viera need a proper beard option. The best they get is a weird goatee that somehow makes them look even less threatening than before. :/
The majority of people don't actually want devs to look into issues, they just want their 15 seconds of fame for being the OP on a thread. If they actually wanted things resolved, they would post in an already existing thread and make it's post count high enough that the community reps take notice, and pass it along to the higher ups since it is a million times easier to find information in the one singular thread than it is when spread across 20+ threads.
You also notice that alot of these types of threads, OP makes ONE Post and then disappears.The majority of people don't actually want devs to look into issues, they just want their 15 seconds of fame for being the OP on a thread. Doesn't even contribute to the discussion of their own thread.
Plus, some of these threads are technical issues....why are they being posted in General, when they should go to the Technical Section?
There are many different sections for these types of discussions or reports...but they all seem to come here to General.
A lot of them may come here to general because there have been many instances of something that could technically fall under technical being moved here by the mods. So to play it "safe" they just post it here.You also notice that alot of these types of threads, OP makes ONE Post and then disappears.
