I agree, when Newfound Adventure was announced, I was hoping for some more traditional adventuring, something more contained to the world or even just Eorzea. I'm tired of the intensity and all of this world hopping stuff. I feel like after Endwalker ended was the time for a breath of fresh air but it feels like we never got that.

I'm still disappointed by this, and you just know by the end we'll get the rest of them involved.

Personally I want the scions to be retired, basically all of them. I want an entirely new cast to start from the ground up with in 7.0. No you don't have to kill them off or something, just don't focus the stories on them anymore.

They keep hyping whatever gonna happen in 6.5, but i hope it is just something that makes us want to go on an adventure, not fighting for the fate of the world or something.

I want to start small, discovering a new country and to set up the next story arc. So i hope it won't feel we'll go from 0 to 100 during the expansion.

I'd have to agree. In fact, I reading your comments I was reminded of

Emet-Selch's final words to us in Ultima Thule:

10 bucks says it starts off as a new small scale adventure but quickly escalates to fighting one of the left over Ascians for the fate of the world.
