I have a lot of these.
The game has become too focused on its story that all other forms of its content have become lacking. ShB had very little content if you didn't like bozja and endwalker is looking to have even less to do, and what is there isn't very unique and is more just eye candy/aesthetic overload.
The game is also becoming too easy, almost every class is ridiculously simple and easy to play now and classes within the same role are also very samey in what they offer and their playstyle for the most part. I knew it was a bad sign when they made dancer, the easiest class in the game, even simpler when endwalker came out.
Stormblood was a fine expansion when it was current, eureka sucked but the story had enjoyable characters and the class design was at its peak back then and has only been downhill since.
Turn 13 is the best raid encounter ever made. This may be nostalgia but I'll never forget clearing it in 2.0.
Dungeons in this game suck. Every last one of them, and they always have. Though they were actually better in a realm reborn compared to today, I'd say, as they actually had variance between them and could tell them apart beyond aesthetics. Now every dungeon is just hallways with mechanicless trash and 3 bosses each, and old dungeons are so nerfed both directly and indirectly that they bore you to tears. Wish the team would be creative with its dungeons.
Blue mage is the epitome of a waste of time for both the devs and for the players, and I believe the resources used to make it should have either been spent making it a real class (no, it's not impossible), or put into making actual content.
Just the ones off the top of my head. Also, the Hrothgar and Viera situation is unacceptable.

more buttons doesnt necessarily make something interesting or fun when fewer buttons will suffice.
plenty of examples of this but reapers soul slice and soul scythe. they share a recast timer, so why do they need to be separate abilities? Just keep the aoe one, buff its potency to match the ST one, and give it damage falloff past primary target the way they did with communio.
same deal with shadow of death and whorl of death
almost any of the melee dps's combo chains. you never want to press a button out of sequence, why dont they just consolidate combo chains into one button and have them update as their combo actions become available like it does in pvp (sorry monk, this wouldnt do anything to help you in pve). dragoon could save 6 keybinds just by collapsing its ST combo into true thrust and its aoe combo into doom spike.
To follow on from this, anything more than around 24 buttons including duty actions and potions etc is actually too much. There's a major button bloat problem with just about every class in this game and Square Enix need to a great pruning to solve it.more buttons doesnt necessarily make something interesting or fun when fewer buttons will suffice.

Lalafells aren't kids. They neither look like nor act like children. The people who think so are the weird ones, and as a short adult who gets side-eyed for just living my life, I'll die on this hill. (Let's not even discuss the time I got told all the problems in the world, including my narcissistic egg donor hating me and my father dying of cancer, were all because I mained a Lalafell.GG, WP.)
The Fortemps are not good people. While Emmanellain certainly deserves the punch Thancred gives him, it's not cool his father does it, and yes, there is a difference. I don't even need to discuss how honestly creepy and bratty he is. And it's never addressed. You think he changes after the grand melee in Heavensward post-MSQ? Nah. He doesn't, despite all his big words.
Artoirel isn't any different from any other older noble son. Besides just being absolutely boring, he's insufferable - a brat just like his brother, just in a different way.
Edmont cheated on his wife and employs children. I don't respect or like him.
And I kind of find Haurchefant creepy as well.
I like all the expansions.
I like the side-quests. I like fetch quests and quests that do nothing but give you insight into a small, microscopic portion of the world.
I like Yda. I like Lyse.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Not here to JADE and I don't change my mind on subjective, non-consequential media-related opinions so you can quote me but I won't respond!

Not succumbing to groupthink since 1991. | Lalafell aren't kids or child-like, and I do not care what your opinion is on that point.

Well I guess that blu mage never hitting level 80 came and went cause now its lvl 80. All jokes I love when people type the blu mage - Never hitting X - lvl cause uh were gonna get lvl 90 blu
You open the door theres nothing in sight. You close the door wondering whats in sight. But lets be honest its probably gonna just let you down.

1. ARR would be better if all the roles where spoken and your character had a voice.
2. People need to apply the rule, "If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all." Show some more respect to people or don't comment at all.is a formula for success... Even if you disagree.HTML Code:Feedback+suggestion+respect
