It shouldn't be against ToS to call someone out for being bad. They aren't going to improve if they don't receive feedback informing them of their failure to perform.
Dark Knight's weapon spam should be redesigned into the Job just building up its gauge to unleash ONE powerful attack. Alot like how the Shadowbringer's trailer shows off the WoL destroying that powerful Sin Eater with just to overwhelming strikes.
It would fit better with Dark Knight, considering the massice blade it swings around. So naturally, being able to cleave enemies within just a few hits should be a given. It qould also help its identity as a tank not be so similar to Warrior's tank dps spamming, too.

Blocking someone should make it to where you no longer see their character. Block=disappear.

If the criticism is constructive, absolutely. Otherwise, if the solution wasn't obvious to them to begin with, just saying "ur bad at this" isn't going to change anything.
Whether or not they're open to feedback is a different conversation. But unhelpful declarations are a great way to decrease the odds that they will be lol. In my experience, most people just say "thank you" when a mechanic they didn't understand is explained to them, or they silently do better on their next attempt if they don't have time to type. Of course there are exceptions, though, and not every issue is a mechanical one, strictly speaking. ┐(*˘_˘)┌
I don't think any of us should feel like we have to hold a struggling player's hand all the time, but unconstructive criticism isn't helpful or cathartic for anyone but the one exclaiming it lol.

Hey, if we don't sin, Jesus died for nothing.
Senor Sabotendor should be a Gold Saucer unlockable costume, along with his weird little dance. :3
