Will Deleting And Remaking a Character Interfere With Recruitment Rewards?

I just got a friend of mine started with the Recruit a Friend system. She successfully entered a recruitment code, and all she's done so far is make her character, she hasn't even really gone more than an hour or so into the game. However, I'm gifting her the Endwalker DLC, making new races available to her; if she decides she wants to go with one of the new races and deletes/remakes her character, will this interfere with her ability to redeem her rewards from the Recruit a Friend campaign after 30 days of subscription?

I suspect the answer is no, since the reward is based on subscription days on the account and not the character. However, I don't want to tell her that it's safe to do this and then potentially risk excluding her from receiving rewards she can never obtain again. Will the rewards for sure be delivered to the new character without further action needed on her part? Having an absolutely 100% certain answer would set my mind at ease.

It should not have any effect on rewards. Each thing like the hairpin and feathers or fistbump emote are given to each character through the moogle mail, so you should be good to go.
