Steps:
1. Try to log in. The game refuses to recognize my username and password. My username is saved and always has been for like 9 years.
2. Try to change the password. Still same result that it doesn't recognize my log in ID and password.
3. Clear cache and try reattempting step 2. Still does not let me log in.
