hello

i was kicked off yesterday about 30 hrs ago and now when trying to log in with that character it says world data cannot be found. it also was showing 0 gil in certain zones only beforehand. called help line and they said they can't do anything and i refuse to accept that. Logging into the lodestone shows my character still there. I'm extremely frustrated. I did create another character and was able to travel to that server with no problems. what can i do?
