If there’s anything I took away from how they seem to be balancing; if you liked it before you have a 50/50 chance of liking it after. If you never tried the class at all or don’t have much play time on it; try it, fair chances you’ll like it.
I started looking back at the bar to familiarize myself with the class again and I'm so confused about some changes.
The DoT removal I had noticed already and it's sad. I also don't understand the removal of Assassination . Yeah I know it's still there, but only as pre-version of Dream Within a Dream. I already dsliked how they changed it from SB to ShB but now it's basically gone.. And what is with this new Hurajin? Now you don't actually cast Huton with mudras anymore? What is the point of all this?
I'm not sure what other big changes I missed.
I don’t get how they didn’t made it so that you keep the raijin stacks even when you use another gcd. I actually thought double raijin in a row was a cool animation but it was annoying you had too do them both always in a row. That plus the bunshin change that phantom kamai doesn’t count as a bunshin stack makes me have always 2 stacks of bunshin every 3 minutes in the trick window and it feels so bad.
If they rewind the changes and keeps the potency’s and make it so that you can safe raijin stacks (both version) even if you use another gcd it would make the job way more cool and tactical, You could actually use raijin stacks for mobility.
You don't see them because they're all dead on the floor after standing in easily avoidable mechanics.
EW NIN is my favorite NIN, and I am maining it this exp.
I want the Raiju stacks we lost back tho.
NIN does have some flaws tho like Trick Attack feeling pretty lackluster and underwhelming still but overall I enjoy the loop a lot.
You do, Hurajin is just to reapply Huton in combat if you drop it.
In your opener you still use Mudras for Huton and Hide.
Edit: With that said Hurajin should be available at a lower level.
It's stupid how we need to use Mudras in synced content to reapply Huton constantly.
It'd make it a bit more useful...

As of today, Ninja is the least played DPS job in the current savage raid tier, with only 24,636 parses on record. Next lowest is MCH with 34223, then DRG with 40,570.
My main is and will always be NIN. I just wouldn't recommend them if you're pushing new content. You need near-perfect execution to get numbers similar to RPR/SAM and until you get the timing of all the fights down it's a bit hectic.
NIN numbers are down now because of how easy (and fun) RPR is. It'll balance out later in the xpac once the Savage tier is complete.
A not very good RPR/ SAM maybe xD.My main is and will always be NIN. I just wouldn't recommend them if you're pushing new content. You need near-perfect execution to get numbers similar to RPR/SAM and until you get the timing of all the fights down it's a bit hectic.

I don't think you're going to come near them unless they screw up.
