Help with account recovery... =(

So I just tried to login to xiv and it said I was locked out due to recent suspicious activity. I dont buy gil or anything shadey like that so I'm not sure what that could be. I noticed I was still logged in on here so I figured I'd come see if anyone could give me some advice, kinda nervous about loseing 8 years of work on both games. =(

Just tried the password rest link, it said there is no square enix account with my email =/

That means a different IP Address was detected trying to login to your account, you just need to reset your password, if you need more help contact SE Support on this link

Don't send an email, it can take up to 1-7 days for a reply, speak to an Online support member and get it resolved strait away, If your from the US it won't be open now but if your in the EU it will be.
