    You're playing with a playerbase overwhelmingly awful at the systems.

    A lot of players seem to be queing for extreme or savage duties via DF, thats plenty of information of how bad it is gonna be.

    Also, are you sure there's plenty of people to fill all "queues within every ELO threeshold"?

    I really can see people crying at X elo because no tanks/healers, and they have to get queued after 1h of waiting with a low elo tank/heal and they baaaaaad.

    The people queueing for extremes or savage aren't usually doing it because they are bad. They just don't know what to expect, so they go in underprepared and, sometimes, undergeared. The game itself doesn't really do a good job at explaining this stuff to players.
