When they add the new Crystal Conflict mode, all jobs will be completely revamped in how they play. Based on the slides that were shown in the Endwalker preview Live Letter, it seems all jobs will have the same actions and the only unique thing for jobs will be their Limit Break or Adrenaline Rush as they are called in PvP. This revamp will affect Frontline and Rival Wings as well.
Not sure how I feel about all job actions being the same across the board, but who knows. It just might work.
