Why is it always the baddies that decide that they know best? Watched this alliance tank sit there telling off other tanks for spinning the boss before they proceed to spin the boss themselves, killing a handful of people because they ignored a simple mechanic and had to run to a cleanse pad. The entire raid they used only a handful of mitigations which was ridiculous.

I swear it's very, very rare that I see people that know what they're doing get aggressive or take a bossy attitude towards the rest of the group.

Earlier today I had two groups in a row with '' no memes '' and '' 2 mess ups = replace ''.

Guess who was screwing up every pull?
Freaking leader LOL...
Did they leave and give someone else lead as payment for them screwing up?
Ofc not, they were immune and everyone else under the microscope...

I remember this when I was getting my clear in P3S too, the group I tried with before the static I filled in for and finally got my kill was like this too.
It was a BLM leader who was very aggressive and had super high expectations of others.
Same BLM kept screwing up every pull and was the main cause why we didn't get the kill.

Had a run of Dead Ends where an Ultimate wearing Monk forgot he wasn't a tank and died.

Never forget going into Ktisis back in Endwalker.
Healer was a complete prima donna.

SCH, couldn't keep us alive in the very first pull of two groups. Snapped at the tank about not standing in his AoE healing.
Revived and the tank only pulled one group.
Perfectly reasonable, as I see it, because even I wasn't certain the healer was capable of keeping us alive.

So after the group, the Healer gives this little speech about the tank "dodging" his healing. And then bailed on the roulette.

We got another healer shortly after, cleared the rest of the dungeon with zero issues.

This is why endgame raids scare me. I already have these issues in roulettes and I don't know if I could deal with them in voice. I feel like a lot of people don't take me seriously when I bother speaking up anyways even if I'm the only person doing mechs right.

Scholar feels like the DRK of Healers sometimes though. If the Scholar or Tank aren't doing their best then things go can south really, really fast. I had a pally in Dohn Mheg who didn't use any mitis and I could barely keep him alive(funnily enough despite not using rampart and arm's length a single time he somehow was capable of hitting hollowed ground and no I'm not joking, those two were on 0% downtime when I checked later).

About the AoE though(Sacred Soil, which also reduces damage by like 90%), if you're healing and you have one of your AoEs down like WHM's asylum or AST's Earthly Star(Which is massive and pretty hard to leave but tanks try to) then you just yoink them back into it with Rescue. The benefits usually outweigh anything that you might potentially yoink them into.

They would have been better off to just leave the group in silence instead of sticking around and acting like a jerk, but I know that some people don't handle their egos very well.

Tbh people like to shit-talk Tanks, but by far the biggest prima donnas I come across are Healers.
They're almost always the ones who '' uwu '' me and act passive aggressive towards me too and somehow it's never their fault even when it clearly is.
Obviously most Healers are fine it's a small minority.
But DPS tends to just be more overtly toxic if they're like that, they just tend to be more blunt about it.
Healers with attitude problem in my experience tends to be more manipulative about it.

I have never seen 2 dps and a healer all die within 30-40 seconds on the final boss of skalla before. But that boss is a joke to solo as a tank, as a DRK too, so I did.
