﹥ Click on "Your Account" at the top left of the screen
﹥ Click on "Manage Service Options"
﹥ Click on "Enter Recruitment Code"

You'll get bonus items such as a Friendship Circlet (a headpiece that boosts your EXP by 20% at level 25 or below on ALL classes, including crafters and gatherers), a Fistbump emote, 99 Aetheryte (teleport) tickets, and 10 silver Chocobo Feathers which can be exchanged for gear to make progressing a bit easier.
