But if you want to make adventuring around Eorzea (and especially to Kugane) a lot less damaging on your wallet...

1. Head to https://www.mogstation.com/ and log in.
2. If you haven't already, make sure that you own a retail copy of the game, not just the Free Trial.
3. Once you own the full version, but before you pay for your own subscription (buying the Complete Edition gives you 30 free days that do not count against this step), go to "Service Account Dashboard"
4. where it says "Registration Codes," click "Enter Recruitment Code."
5. Enter this code: "6PJYKTB5".

After you've done this, you can enter your payment method for your subscription (or wait for the Complete Edition's free 30 days to lapse if you have already done so), and once you start paying for your own sub, you'll receive:
99 Aetheryte tickets for 1 free teleport each
a Friendship Circlet for 25% faster leveling on any job below Lv 20
and 10 silver chocobo feathers that can be redeemed for Lv 50, 60, 70, or 80 armor sets at any Calamity Salvager NPC, which can be used to boost your average item level if you happen to be wearing trash gear and can't get into any higher level content.
