Login button not appearing on PS4

Hello, I've looked over before and I didn't find exactly what I've been looking for but anyone can help me with this issue

Out of nowhere I got this problem, when I start the launcher on my PS4 it takes a little longer to load, and then I get the "username", "password" windows but no Green "Login" button underneath them.

I tried restarting the game, my connection, the PS4 and i even rebuilded the directories to see if that changed anything. Do I really have to re-install the whole game because of this?

I apologize for the delay in our response. Just to confirm, are the cookies and cache cleared from the PlayStation 4 Web Browser? Are Final Fantasy XIV and the PlayStation 4 fully updated? Have you attempted to power cycle the router(s)/modem(s)? (Unplugging the device and leaving it idle for 10-15 minutes) Are there any others on the network when playing Final Fantasy XIV?
