I'm assuming what you mean by "tabs 3 & 4" are "Key Items" and "Crystals".

Key Items and Crystals are not inventory space and those slots cannot be assigned to regular inventory. The Key Items tab looks like it has a lot of empty slots but in reality that is only a style choice of the UI. The Key Items space is always exactly as large as it needs to be for the currently held key items; those empty slots do not exist. The Crystals tab doesn't store any item information; it's just the quantities of each crystal.

We have a inventory with 4 tabs 1 - 4 ok? now they gave us out of 1 - 4 just the 1st 2 tabs in the inventory TABs 1 & 2 the 3rd tab holds actual items (Objective) in it the 3rd tab has a objective icon on it, the 4th inventory TAB has both objective & Crystal icons on them, what I'm suggesting is the 3rd TAB in the inventory is being wasted on Objective items that will never fill it, that being said the 3rd TAB should be changed to a full 3rd inventory TAB for our own storage, and we only need the 4th inventory TAB for Objectives & Crystals therefore freeing up the 3rd TAB for our own use.

Those empty slots aren't real. Please reread my first post again.

There are no slots being wasted, and they cannot be repurposed to increase the size of the inventory.
