Caravan in under 8 mins. How to?

I am quite new to caravan escorts. After 3 runs I haven't realized how it could be possible to end the caravan in less than 8 mins for achievements.

I mean, the party I did the caravan with nearly oneshotted all of the mobs, but still we just did it in less than 12 mins.... I really do not see margins to get 4 mins faster...

Is there some way to make the caravan move faster, so that the mobs spawn earlier? And if not, how to do it faster?

you just need to know where the mobs come from and stop them with spells like blizzara that bind the enemies before the reach the caravan meaning the chocobos never stop

Oh ok. I thought the chocobo caravan stops were scripted and could not be avoided. Thank you very much.

You're also not going to see runs under 8 minutes if your group manually stops the caravan to make more mobs appear. This gives you a chance for a 1k seal run, but it will eat up a good chunk of the time.
