Stat Priorities and Thresholds

We’re talking 90 BLM. Tired some reading, but am not sure who to believe as a lot of what I read is pretty old. There was talk of crit being nerfed so folks swung to spell speed (can I assume the top 2 sub stats are crit and spell speed?)

I’d also like to know what the stat thresholds are for crit and spell speed.

Looked for a melding guide for BLM For 6.x content and didn’t seem to find one, suggestions?

The Balance is always a solid resource. They are the big theorycrafters for stats and stuff. They got a website and a discord.
A quick glance says that there are two builds for BLM. There's the spellspeed build that ultimately wants 2171 Spell Speed and the crit build that wants 1352. For both, you meld spell speed til you hit the wanted amount, then switch to crit followed by determination, followed by direct hit (though direct hit after crit is always valid).
